Jim and Sandra Leete own Hanover Karate Academy.  Mr. Jim is the head instructor and has been studying Kenpo karate continuously for over 16 years.  He currently holds a 4^th degree black belt.  In addition to studying Kenpo Karate, Mr. Jim has experience in boxing, kick boxing, Kombaton Stick Fighting and Danzan Ryu Jujitsu.

Mr. Jim has over a decade of law enforcement and security experience.  He was a defensive tactics and Baton Instructor for his agency.  Mr. Jim is certified as a Law Enforcement Trainer through the Maryland Police and Corrections Training Commission.  In addition, he is a certified instructor for Monadnock Baton and Self Defense System.
